When authorised by our clients, we access Google Ads account data through the Google Ads API. This may include:

  • Campaign performance metrics

  • Impressions, clicks, conversions, and conversion value

  • Advertising costs and spend

  • Click-through rate (CTR), cost per click (CPC), ROAS, and related performance metrics

  • Campaign, ad group, and keyword performance data

  • Account identifiers necessary to retrieve reporting data

We do not collect or access Google account passwords or authentication credentials.

3. How We Use the Information

We use the Google Ads API solely to:

  • Generate automated campaign performance reports

  • Create dashboards and analytics

  • Monitor advertising performance

  • Analyse trends and campaign effectiveness

  • Provide reporting services to authorised clients

Our integration is intended for read-only reporting and analytics. We do not use the API to create, edit, pause, or delete campaigns.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade Google Ads data.

Information is shared only:

  • With the client who owns the Google Ads account

  • With authorised employees or contractors who require access to provide reporting services

  • Where required by applicable law or legal process

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Access to reporting data is restricted to authorised personnel and secured using authentication and access controls.

6. Data Retention

We retain Google Ads reporting data only for as long as necessary to provide reporting and analytics services or to comply with legal and contractual obligations.

Clients may request deletion of their reporting data upon termination of our services, subject to applicable legal requirements.

  • n8n Workflow Automation

  • Google Sheets

  • Looker Studio

  • Internal reporting systems

8. User Rights

Authorised clients may request to:

  • Access the information associated with their account

  • Request deletion of stored reporting data

  • Withdraw API access by revoking Google Ads Manager Access

9. Compliance

We use third-party APIs only with the explicit authorisation of the account owner and in accordance with the applicable platform policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy, Meta Platform Terms, and Shopify API Terms.
